With over fifteen years experience in credit referencing and debt management in Africa, CRBAfrica subscribers now reflect the majority of the region’s local and multi-national 'blue-chip' companies.  CRBAfrica subscribers are drawn from all sectors including banking, non-banking financial sectors, insurance, government and commercial sectors.

We operate on a reciprocity basis with our clients, and focus on quality service delivery through our comprehensive range of services. Our relationship with our clients across the group has enabled us to house an extensive credit and profile database fed in from over 350 financial and commercial sector data providers, who in turn contribute to the maturity of the information sharing mechanisms in their industries.

CRBAfrica maintains extensive and comprehensive databases relating to identification and payment performance information. This information comprises hundreds of thousands of credit records of corporate bodies, and tens of millions of consumers across Africa.

Pricing

The price for each service varies and is quoted upon subscription. However, all our pricing is based on the number of credit units required for that service. These ‘Credit units’ are pre-purchased and held on account. These units are applied each time the service is accessed, and they can be topped up when exhausted. Discounts on credit units are based on the volume of units purchased.
